Just a hint - when you have confirmation (or even before) of any job offer in Dubai - find out exactly what they need to get your visa/ work permit approved.
Be extremely weary of South African agencies who say certain costs will be re-imbursed - I have heard numerous complaints from people not getting their refunds - try and rather work with the companies or schools directly.
Now as for getting everything attested in Pretoria - that is another nightmare - especially if you don't live there - and be sure - you need TIME to do everything.
45 days and counting until I board Emirates airlines for my flight to the UAE and of course I have quite a few grey hairs extra (and will still be getting a few more I'm sure) before I board the plane.
